Claim form ET1 is the form your employee will submit to a tribunal, when they are making a claim against you.  They must submit the form within 3 months of the incident date, for the claim to go ahead.

Claim Form ET3

Claim form ET3, is the response form you will receive, if a claim is made against you.  You can also submit the form online, at the Employment Tribunal Services website.

If you haven’t already done so, you should consult an employment lawyer before completing the form.

Be aware that there is a strict time limit of 28 days for completion and return of the form.  If you fail to adhere to this time limit a default judgement may be issued against you, and a decision could be made without you having the chance to defend the claim.
