Claim form ET3, is the response form employers should use if a claim is made against them.  It is also available from the Employment Tribunal Services website.  You must return your response within 28 days, or the Tribunal may issue a default judgement against you.  And this means that a decision could be made against you, without an employment tribunal hearing.
