| Your Claim is as Good as the Evidence
Even if you believe your employer is breaching employment law, and you think you know the reason, you will still need evidence to back up your claim.
If you have evidence, your employer will be able to give you a better picture of the likely outcome of your claim. And evidence will increase your chances of being paid compensation.
How to Gather the Evidence
- You should gather the following evidence and take it home with you:
- Keep diary notes of any related conversations you have with your employer, recording dates and details of the conversation.
- Save all other correspondence such as memos and letters.
There are many other ways to collect evidence and your employment lawyer will advise you on these methods, when you become a client. |
