| Appeal Hearing
Once you have made an appeal in writing, you will be required to attend an appeal hearing. The hearing cannot be conducted by the same member of staff, who carried out the initial disciplinary meeting. The main purpose of the appeal meeting is to decide whether the initial meeting was conducted fairly. You should also have the opportunity to provide new evidence to back up your claim. |
